How soft washing works
Soft washing, often called house washing when used on siding, applies an appropriate cleaning solution with low pressure, then rinses. It's well suited to compatible siding such as vinyl and other suitable exterior surfaces where mildew and algae show up in humid coastal weather.
Not every surface is a fit
Some materials, like unsealed wood or aging paint, need case-by-case judgment, and soft washing isn't the answer for everything. We confirm the method for each surface before starting.
